Abstract:
This pneumatic tire is provided with: a tread disposed outward of a tire case in the tire radial direction; and a resin belt in which a resin-coated cord configured to include a first reinforcement cord, a second reinforcement cord which is disposed inward of the first reinforcement cord in the tire radial direction and which has a smaller outer diameter than the first reinforcement cord, and resin which covers the cords and which has higher tensile modulus of elasticity than rubber materials forming the tire case and the tread, is helically wound outward of the tire case in the tire radial direction along the outer peripheral surface of the tire case such that the resin on each of the sides, in the tire width direction, of resin-coated cord sections adjacent to each other while the resin-coated cord is wound is joined to each other and formed integrally with each other.
