Abstract:
This pneumatic tire is provided with a single-layer belt in which a resin-coated cord formed by coating a cord with resin is helically wound between a tire case and a tread such that the resin on one of resin-coated cord sections, which are adjacent to each other in the tire width direction, and the resin on the other resin-coated section are integrally joined. A groove in the tread is provided with a groove bottom surface and groove wall surfaces. In a cross-section of the groove, taken perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the groove, the corners between the groove bottom surface and the groove wall surfaces are formed in a circular arc shape curved so as to protrude inward in the tire radial direction, and the curvature radius of the circular arc is smaller than or equal to 1.2 mm and greater than or equal to 0.6 mm.
