Abstract:
This pneumatic tire has a tread pattern provided with: a plurality of first lug grooves that, on a first side of the tire width direction with respect to a tire center line, in a shoulder land region, extend from the outer side of the tire width direction toward a shoulder-side main groove to connect with the shoulder-side main groove; and a plurality of second lug grooves that, in a middle land region bounded by the shoulder-side main groove and a center-side main groove, extend from the shoulder-side main groove between the connection positions of the first lug grooves adjacent in the tire circumferential direction with the shoulder-side main groove, toward the center-side main groove and close off within the middle land region. The first lug grooves are inclined at the connection position toward one side in the circumferential direction of the tire with respect to the width direction of the tire. The second lug grooves are inclined with respect to the width direction of the tire so as to be parallel with the angle of inclination of the first lug grooves.
