Abstract:
This pneumatic tire 1 comprises: a carcass layer 13; a pair of intersecting belts 141, 142 disposed on the radially outer side of the carcass layer 13; and a tread rubber 15 obtained by layering a cap tread 151 and an undertread 152, the tread rubber 15 being disposed on the radially outer side of the intersecting belts 141, 142. The loss tangent tanδ_cap at 60°C in the cap tread 151 has the relationship tanδ_ut < tanδ_cap in relation to the loss tangent tanδ_ut at 60°C in the undertread 152. The maximum gauge UT_ce of the undertread 152 in center land sections 32, 34 has the relationship 1.20 ≤ UT_ce/UT_sh ≤ 2.50 in relation to the maximum gauge UT_sh of the undertread 152 in a ground contact region of shoulder land sections 31, 35.
