Abstract:
The present invention provides a pneumatic tire having balanced improvements in chipping resistance, snow braking performance, snow handling performance, pattern noise performance, and drainage performance. A tread pattern of a pneumatic tire 10 includes three or more circumferential main grooves extending in the circumferential direction of the tire, a land part divided by the circumferential main grooves, and a sipe provided to the land part. At least one of the edges on the two tire-width-direction sides of the land part is a zigzag edge. The zigzag edge has a zigzag shape having recesses and protrusions the tire-width-direction positions of which periodically change. The sipe is a composite sipe having a two-dimensional part and a three-dimensional part, the three-dimensional part being connected to the zigzag edge.
