Abstract:
This pneumatic tire has: at least two circumferential direction main grooves that extend in the tire circumferential direction, on the tread surface; and, in a land section partitioned by the two circumferential direction main grooves, a width direction sipe that extends in the tire width direction from each of the two circumferential direction main grooves, a circumferential direction sipe that extends in the tire circumferential direction, and a hole that connects to the circumferential direction sipe. The width direction sipe connects to the circumferential direction sipe or the hole. The width direction sipe has a first widened section on the sipe floor side, wherein the sipe width is greater than the tread surface side. The circumferential direction sipe has a second widened section, on the sipe floor side, having a sipe width that is greater than the tread surface side. The hole, the first widened section, and the second widened section are connected.
