Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a pneumatic waterless starting self-priming device, comprising a driving device, a gas-liquid separation chamber, and a scaling-type gas-liquid separation chamber. The two chambers are respectively arranged on the two sides of the driving device. The driving device drives a driving disc to rotate by using a high-speed gas, and then drives a driving shaft to rotate. The gas-liquid separation chamber uses a telescopic piston shaft rod to generate a pressure difference between the chamber and the external to suction water, thereby achieving water suction, gas-liquid separation and water drainage. The scaling-type gas-liquid separation chamber uses the volumes of inner and outer cavities for scaling to generate a pressure difference to suction water, thereby achieving water suction, gas-liquid separation and water drainage. Moreover, the two chambers achieve air discharge faster by means of the high-speed gas flowing out of the driving device. The device of the present invention is mounted on an inlet pipe of a centrifugal pump, such that waterless starting of the centrifugal pump is achieved, and the centrifugal pump directly enters a normal operation condition; layer-by-layer gas-liquid separation is achieved by means of the structures of the two chambers; and under the action of the high-speed gas, air in the two chambers is discharged more quickly, and the chambers are filled with water, thereby improving the working efficiency, and simplifying the operation process.
