Abstract:
A pneumoperitoneum device (100), comprising a main machine (10), a pneumoperitoneal tube (20), a flow valve (30), a pressure sensor (40) and a processor (50). The main machine (10) is provided with a gas supply outlet (11). One end of the pneumoperitoneal tube (20) is connected to the gas supply outlet (11), and the other end is used to connect to a load (400). The flow valve (30) is provided on the main machine (10) and is connected between the pneumoperitoneal tube (20) and a gas source (200). The pressure sensor (40) is provided at the gas supply outlet (11) and is used to sense the pressure at the gas supply outlet (11). The processor (50) is connected to the flow valve (30) and the pressure sensor (40). When the load (400) is connected to the gas supply outlet (11), the processor (50) acquires a pressure value and controls and adjusts the gas flow of the flow valve (30), so that the gas flow delivered to the abdominal cavity of a patient through the gas supply outlet (11) and the pneumoperitoneal tube (20) matches the load (400) to maintain the pressure of the abdominal cavity of the patient within a preset range. A gas flow control method, is capable of implementing adaptive matching of load (400) and adaptive matching of gas leakage.
