Abstract:
A pneumoperitoneum device 2 has: a gas supply tube 3; a measurement tube 4; a pressure sensor 15 that is provided to the gas supply tube 3 and that measures pressure in the gas supply tube 3 as a gas supply pressure; a flow rate sensor 16 that is provided to the gas supply tube 3 and that measures the flow rate Q of gas flowing in the gas supply tube 3 as a gas supply flow rate Q; a pressure sensor 17 that is provided to the measurement tube 4 and that measures pressure in the measurement tube 4 as a measurement pressure; an intracavitary pressure estimation unit that estimates intracavitary pressure as an estimated pressure Pc, on the basis of the gas supply pressure, the gas supply flow rate Q, and a flow channel resistance coefficient of the gas supply tube 3; and a determination unit that determines whether or not the measurement pressure measured by the pressure sensor 17 is an abnormal value, on the basis of the measurement pressure and the estimated pressure.
