Abstract:
Disclosed are a pocketed spring string conveying device and method and a spring core body production apparatus and method. The pocketed spring string conveying method comprises: alternately conveying first pocketed spring string sections (211) and second pocketed spring string sections (221) to a conveying position from a supply position to form a first pocketed spring string (2011) only comprising the first pocketed spring string sections (211), a pocketed spring string (201) only comprising the second pocketed spring string sections (221), or a second pocketed spring string (2012) simultaneously comprising the first pocketed spring string sections (211) and the second pocketed spring string sections (221), wherein the first pocketed spring string sections (211) comprise first springs, the second pocketed spring string sections (221) comprise second springs that differ from the first springs, and when the second pocketed spring string (2012) is formed, the first pocketed spring string sections (211) and the second pocketed spring string sections (221) are seal-welded together at a connection position. The conveying method can complete the manufacturing and conveying of pocketed spring strings having different spring specifications, and can improve the application range thereof.
