Abstract:
A point-by-point correction method. Firstly, a plurality of sample box bodies are selected from box bodies to be corrected to construct a small screen of sample boxes for image collection and a ratio of the mean brightness and chromaticity aberration between the sample box bodies is calculated; secondly, the sample box bodies are constructed at supporting point positions of a large screen of correction and the other remaining box bodies to be corrected may be at any construction positions of the large screen of correction; then image collection is performed on the large screen of collection to obtain an original brightness and chromaticity value of the whole screen, original brightness and chromaticity values of the sample box bodies in the original brightness and chromaticity value of the whole screen is adjusted with the ratio of the mean brightness and chromaticity aberration between the sample box bodies, and a brightness and chromaticity distribution fitting curved surface is generated with the adjusted brightness and chromaticity value of the whole screen to correct the original brightness and chromaticity value of the whole screen; and finally, a whole screen point-by-point correct coefficient of the large screen of correction is obtained by utilizing the corrected brightness and chromaticity value of the whole screen as an initial brightness and chromaticity value combined with a set brightness and chromaticity target value, which is able to implement any stitching effect of on-site LED box bodies after correction.
