Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a point management system, a management device, and a point management method that enable point business operators to acquire various purchase information about a customer. A POS register 10 that performs settlement in accordance with a commodity to be purchased by a customer 1 and that provides the customer 1 with points in accordance with the settlement amount, and a point management device 30 that manages purchase data 40 associated with use of points, are communicably connected to each other. When settlement data 20 of a commodity having point A is received from the POS register 10, the point management device 30 transmits the purchase related data 40 to a server device 50a of a point business operator A operating the point A, and transmits the purchase related data 40 also to a server device 50b of a point business operator B and a server device 50c of a point business operator C.
