Abstract:
Disclosed is a point mutation detection kit based on loop-mediated isothermal amplification technology, wherein the detection kit comprises six LAMP primers designed for each point mutation site. The detection kit of the present invention is simple in terms of operating process, without requiring the help of a PCR instrument and an electrophoresis apparatus, wherein a color developing agent is added into the reaction liquid, such that results can be observed by the naked eye.
