Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a Polar code encoding method and apparatus, for improving a degree of accuracy of a reliability ranking of a polarization channel. The method comprises: determining a sequence used for encoding a bit to be encoded, and performing Polar code encoding on the bit to be encoded using the sequence to obtain an encoded bit, wherein the sequence is used for representing reliability rankings of N polarization channels, and N represents a mother code length of the Polar code and is a positive integer power of 2.
