Abstract:
Provided are an encoding method, a decoding method, an apparatus and a device. The method comprises: a sending device acquiring a target structure sequence, the target structure sequence comprising a ranking sequence and/or a quantisation sequence, the ranking sequence being a sequence acquired after ranking a sequence number of a channel according to channel reliability, and the quantisation sequence being a sequence acquired after performing normalisation processing on the channel reliability and then ranking the result of normalisation; the sending device determining, according to the target structure sequence, a position set, the position set being used for indicating the position, in the channel, of an information bit sequence; the sending device encoding, according to the position set, an information bit sequence to be encoded to obtain an encoded bit sequence; and the sending device sending the encoded bit sequence to a receiving device. The present application can improve the flexibility of acquiring an information bit position set.
