Abstract:
A polarizer and a display device. The polarizer comprises a linear polarizing layer (10), a first hydrophobic layer (20), which is arranged on a first surface of the linear polarizing layer (10), and a first protective layer (30) , which is arranged on the side of the first hydrophobic layer (20) that is away from the linear polarizing layer (10). By means of the hydrophobic effect of the first hydrophobic layer (20), sweat of a human body is prevented from permeating into the interior of the polarizer and reaching the surface of the linear polarizing layer (10), thereby preventing the sweat from corroding the linear polarizing layer (10).
