Provided is a polarizing film with an adhesive layer that comprises a polarizing film and an adhesive layer A disposed on the polarizing film, said polarizing film with an adhesive layer being characterized in that the polarizing film is a one-sided protective polarizing film having a transparent protective film only on one side of a polarizer having a thickness not exceeding 10 μm, the adhesive layer A is disposed on the side that does not have the transparent protective film of the polarizer, and the adhesive layer A has a moisture permeability not exceeding 300 g/(m2∙24h) and a thickness not exceeding 50 μm. The polarizing film with an adhesive layer makes it possible to inhibit the deterioration of the polarizer of the one-sided protective polarizing film in a high-temperature, humidified environment.
