Abstract:
This polarizing film with an adhesive layer comprises an iodine-base polarizing element, a transparent protective film on only one side of the polarizing element, and a transparent layer on the other side of the polarizing element, and comprises an adhesive layer with the aforementioned transparent layer therebetween. The adhesive layer is used bonded on a transparent conductive layer of a transparent conductive substrate, which comprises a transparent substrate and said transparent conductive layer. The change ratio of the resistance value of the polarizing film with the adhesive layer to that of the transparent conductive layer is a prescribed change ratio. Even in the case that the adhesive layer is bonded to the transparent conductive layer and placed in a humidified environment, it is possible to maintain a stable surface resistance value of the transparent conductive layer.
