Abstract:
A polarizing plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The polarizing plate includes: a polarizer; and a protective film laminated on at least one surface of the polarizer, wherein the protective film has an in-plane retardation (Re) of about 0 nm to about 300 nm and a thickness direction retardation (Rth) of about 0 nm to about 2,500 nm.
