Abstract:
A polarizing plate protective film which comprises a resin layer wherein the melt flow rate M (g/min) at 190°C under a load of 2.16 kg satisfies formula (1), and which has a tensile modulus of elasticity E (MPa) satisfying formula (2). This polarizing plate protective film is configured such that if the resin layer is compression bonded to a surface of a glass plate, said surface having been subjected to a corona treatment at an output of 300 W with a discharge amount of 200 W·min/m2 and having an arithmetic mean roughness of 3 nm, at a temperature of 110°C, under a linear pressure of 25 N/mm at a velocity of 0.04 m/min, the adhesion of the resin layer is 1.0 N/10 mm or more.
