Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application provide a policy control method, an apparatus and a system, being able to support a session management network element to perform policy authorization on a policy control network element in a flow of special quality of services (QoS) control. Said solution comprises: a session management network element receiving a first message from a terminal device, the first message comprising the identifier of a quality of services (QoS) rule and a first operation indication; the session management network element sending a second message to a policy control network element, the second message comprising the identifier of a policy charging control (PCC) rule corresponding to the identifier of the QoS rule and a second operation indication corresponding to the first operation indication; and the policy control network element receiving the second message, and performing a second operation indicated by the second operation indication on the PCC rule corresponding to the identifier of the PCC rule.
