Abstract:
Disclosed in the present disclosure is a polishing device for bearing production, comprising a bottom plate and a double shaft motor. An inner polishing assembly is mounted at one end of an output shaft of the double shaft motor, and the other end of the output shaft is connected to a polishing belt. The inner polishing assembly comprises a central shaft and an outer sleeve. An extension rod is connected to the interior of the outer sleeve by means of a spring. A polishing piece is provided at one end of the extension rod. The central shaft is connected to the output shaft of the double shaft motor. A limiting hook is mounted inside the outer sleeve. According to the polishing device for bearing production in the present disclosure, the polishing belt is arranged at a rear end of the double shaft motor, so that the outer circle of a bearing can be polished. The inner polishing assembly is arranged at a front end of the double shaft motor, so that the inner circle of the bearing can be polished, thereby improving the applicability of the device. A buzzer and copper pieces are arranged inside the extension rod, and the copper pieces are located on two inner walls of a sliding groove, so that a sound prompt can be generated when the bearing is polished in place, thereby improving the bearing polishing efficiency.
