Abstract:
Disclosed is a polishing device used for hardware product machining and having a clamping function, comprising a rack. Polishing device bodies are fixedly connected to the top of the front end of the rack; a polishing wheel is fixedly connected to an end portion of each polishing device body; a workbench is fixedly connected to the bottom of the front end of the rack; the polishing wheels are mounted at the top of the workbench; guide rail rods are arranged at both ends of the top of the workbench; movable seats are arranged at the top end of each guide rail rod; a screw rod penetrates through each movable seat; a clamping plate is fixedly connected to an end portion of each screw rod; a rubber pad covers and is fixed to the surface of an end portion of each clamping plate. The movable seats slide along the guide rail rods to appropriate positions according to the specification and the size of a hardware product to be polished, the screw rods rotate to be screwed into the movable seats to push the clamping plates for further fixing, and the hardware product is more stable in the polishing machining process.
