Abstract:

A polishing jig (1) for a rolling mill backup roll bearing, comprising a shaft body (2) allowing the inner rings (104) of rolling mill backup roll bearings (100) to be fitted thereto, pressure oil chambers (12) extending the outer peripheral part of the shaft body (2) in radial outer direction by supplying pressure oil to the inside of the shaft body (2), and an inner ring fixing part (16) axially fixing the inner rings (104) of the plurality of bearings (100) fitted to the shaft body (2) in axially arranged state, wherein the plurality of pressure oil chambers (12) are formed in the shaft body (2) correspondingly with the plurality of bearings (100) fixed to the shaft body (2), whereby the efficiency of the hydraulically-operated integral polishing jig can be increased by improvement.
