Abstract:
A polishing tool (100), comprising: a motor (15), comprising a stator assembly and a rotor assembly, wherein the rotor assembly comprises a rotor shaft capable of rotating about a motor axis (101); a housing (13), forming an accommodating space for accommodating at least part of the motor (15); a power source (11), for supplying power to the motor (15); and a pedestal (14), for installing an polishing means. The polishing tool (100) further comprises: an exocentric construction (18) for generating an eccentric force or an eccentric torque. The exocentric construction (18) is mounted to the rotor assembly such that the motor (15) can drive the pedestal (14) to conduct an eccentric motion. The polishing tool has lighter quality, smaller volume and lower no-load power.
