Abstract:

Disclosed is a pollen polysaccharide extraction liquid. The extraction liquid is prepared by means of using the following method: mixing canola pollen and water; heating and stirring same for extraction; filtering the mixture; combining a filtrate; adding chitosan to the filtrate to obtain a liquid to be clarified; keeping the liquid to be clarified for at least 1 hour at 60 to 80℃; and after cooling same and leaving same to stand, performing solid-liquid separation, wherein the obtained liquid is the pollen polysaccharide extraction liquid. The pollen polysaccharide extraction liquid can be used in agriculture, and can specifically be used to promote the growth of plant roots, to promote plant growth and in the stress resistance of plants.
