ε-POLY-L-LYSINE DERIVATIVE HAVING CLICK FUNCTIONAL GROUP, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/039544
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides: a compound having a structure represented by general formula (1) (in the formula, n is 2-100, P represents a (C1-C5) alkylene group substituted with one amino group, Q is general formula (2) (in general formula (2), X represents an oxygen atom, Y1 and Y2 represent (C1-C6) alkylene groups, and m is an integer of 1-30), and Z represents a click functional group) or a salt thereof; and a pharmacologically active substance in which the compound or the salt thereof has been incorporated into a pharmacologically active substance by chemical bonding, and in which biomembrane permeability and water solubility are both improved.
