Abstract:
Provided is a production method for a polyacetal copolymer including a step for copolymerizing 100 mass% of trioxan (A), 0.05-5 mass% of a cyclic acetal compound (B), and 0.001-1 mass% of an aliphatic glycidyl ether compound (C) with a chlorine content of 1-500 mass ppm, in the presence of a linear formal compound (D) as a molecular weight regulator, and in said step, when "a" represents the total mass (g) of (A)-(C), "b" represents the mol number of (D), and "c" and "d" respectively represent the water content and total methanol mol number included in (A)-(C), the formula (b+c+d)/a=1.5-7 μmol/g is set to be fulfilled.
