Abstract:
A polyamide coating slurry, a preparation method, and a process for preparing a polyamide coated fabric for printing. The polyamide coating slurry comprises a solute, a solvent, and a functional aid. The solute comprises polyamide 6, polyvinyl butyral, lauryl alcohol polyoxypropylene ether, urea, and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide); the solvent is ethanol; and the functional aid comprises calcium chloride and a lipophilic nano-silica sol. A polyamide coating slurry for precise inkjet printing that is wide in applicability, green and free of pollution in preparation process, and simple in steps is designed and prepared, and a coating application preparation process corresponding to the slurry is developed. By mixing polyvinyl butyral, lauryl alcohol polyoxypropylene ether, urea, and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) with polyamide 6, the surface structure and lipophilicity of a coating are changed, so that the ink adsorptivity and permeability of the coating are greatly improved, thereby implementing high-precision inkjet printing.
