Abstract:
Provided is a polyamide complex for environmentally friendly electroplating, the complex comprising the following raw materials by weight percentage: 40%-90% of a polyamide resin containing aromatic rings, 3%-20% of a thermoplastic elastomer, 0%-20% of an aliphatic polyamide, 0%-2% of a coupling agent, and 0%-40% of an inorganic mineral powder, wherein the melt index of the thermoplastic elastomer is higher than that of the polyamide resin containing aromatic rings and of the aliphatic polyamide. Also provided is a method for preparing the polyamide complex for environmentally friendly electroplating. The polyamide complex of the present invention has better electroplating and mechanical properties, can be treated with an environmentally friendly potassium permanganate roughening liquid, and is suitable for the development of environmentally friendly electroplating, and after being electroplated, the electroplating binding force thereof with the surface of an electroplated coated layer can reach 10 N or higher, ensuring safety during use.
