Title:
POLYAMIDE COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/153532
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polyamide composition which exhibits fluidity when molding and achieves an excellent balance between molded article surface appearance, bleed out resistance, impact resistance, rigidity, and the like. The present invention relates to a polyamide composition that contains 40.0-98.9 mass% of a polyamide (A), 1.0-40.0 mass% of an ethylene·α-olefin copolymer (B) that satisfies requirements (b-1) to (b-3), and 0.1-20.0 mass% of an ethylene·α-olefin copolymer (C) that satisfies requirements (c-1) to (c-5) (here, (A)+(B)+(C)=100 mass%). (b-1) The melt flow rate (MFR), as measured at 230ºC under a load of 2.16 kg, is 0.1-200 g/10 min. (b-2) The content MB of a skeletal unit derived from a vinyl compound having a polar group is 0.01-10 mass%. (b-3) The ethylene·α-olefin copolymer (B) contains 50-95 mol% of skeletal units derived from ethylene and 5-50 mol% of skeletal units derived from an α-olefin having 3-8 carbon atoms (here, the total amount of skeletal units derived from ethylene and skeletal units derived from the α-olefin is 100 mol%). (c-1) The Brookfield viscosity (BF viscosity) at 150ºC is 1-5000 mPa·s. (c-2) The ethylene·α-olefin copolymer (C) is a modified copolymer containing a substituent group other than a saturated hydrocarbon group, and the content MC of the contained substituent group is 0.1-20 mass%. (c-3) The ethylene·α-olefin copolymer (C) contains 30-80 mol% of skeletal units derived from ethylene and 20-70 mol% of skeletal units derived from an α-olefin having 3-20 carbon atoms (here, the total amount of skeletal units derived from ethylene and skeletal units derived from the α-olefin having 3-20 carbon atoms is 100 mol%). (c-4) A melting point is not observed in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements carried out within the temperature range -100ºC to 150ºC. (c-5) The weight average molecular weight (Mw), as determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), falls within the range 1000-50,000.
