Disclosed are a polyamide polypropylene alloy material, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-55 parts of a polyamide 6 resin, 18-30 parts of a polypropylene resin, 4-10 parts of a PA MXD 6 resin, 3-8 parts of an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, 3-8 parts of a compatibilizer, 25-35 parts of a glass fiber, 0.5-1 part of an antioxidant, and 0.5-1 part of a lubricant. The present invention adopts maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, the PA MXD 6 resin, and EVOH to carry out compatibilizing modification on the PA 6 resin and the PP resin, which can significantly improve heat aging resistance, electrolyte resistance, a tensile strength, and the appearance of a product; the obtained material has excellent mechanical properties, good appearance, and high aging resistance and electrolyte resistance; the comprehensive performance of the PA/PP alloy is extended; the material can be used for automobile parts, particularly parts in an automobile engine compartment.
