Abstract:
The present invention provides a polyamide resin composite material, preparation method and application thereof. The polyamide resin composite material according to the present invention uses semi-aromatic polyamides having relatively low melting points to enhance the fluidity of the material so as to overcome the defect of poor surface of semi-aromatic polyamides,wherein a dodecamethylene terephthalamide-dodecamethylene isophthalamide copolyamide (PA12T/12I) that has a relatively long molecular chain reduces water absorption of the material, a hexamethylene adipamide-hexamethylene terephthalamide copolyamide (PA66/6T) and hexamethylene isophthalamide-hexamethylene terephthalamide copolyamide (PA6I/6T) that have good strength and rigidity improve the rigidity of the material, glass fibers as a reinforcement material improve the strength of the resin material, and a halogen-free flame retardant together with a flame retardant auxiliary improves flame retardant properties.
