Abstract:
Disclosed is a polyaniline conductive thin film, made from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-4 parts of stearic acid, 120-140 parts of aniline, 3-5 parts of an initiator, 1-2 parts of dodecyl mercaptan, 1-2 parts of a dopant, 0.3-0.5 part of tributyltin trichloride, 170-200 parts of a solvent, 0.8-1 part of tert-butylhydroquinone, 6-8 parts of light weight calcium carbonate, 2-3 parts of a polytetrafluoroethylene wax, and 0.7-1 part of the silane coupling agent kh560. In the present invention, an acid dopant is introduced during the polymerization of aniline, which can efficiently improve the conductive stability of a polyaniline finished product, and at the same time, the addition of tert-butylhydroquinone can improve the storage stability of the polyaniline conductive thin film.
