Abstract:
A poly(butyl cyanoacrylate) nanoparticle with dual modifications, a drug delivery system with the nanoparticle, and a preparation method for the nanoparticle and the system. A surface of the nanoparticle is modified by a first modifying element and a second modifying element. The first modifying element is a hydrophilic polymer, and the second modifying element is an amino acid and/or a lipid. The nanoparticle is used for enhancing drug penetration through the blood brain barrier.
