Abstract:

Disclosed is a polycarbonate composite material comprising 30 to 80 parts by weight of polycarbonate; 5 to 40 parts by weight of ABS; 5 to 80 parts by weight of a filler; and 0.1 to 50 ppm parts by weight of iron and 0.01 to 20 ppm of copper with respect to the total mass of the polycarbonate composite material. Adding small quantities of iron and copper to achieve 0.1 to 50 ppm of iron content and 0.01 to 20 ppm of copper content within the polycarbonate composite material make the pre-treatment of a filler powder unnecessary, stabilize basic ions within a system, and reduce color darkening and performance reductions caused by a screw or the introduction of another metal, providing significantly enhanced impact strength and flexural and forming toughness to the polycarbonate composite material while improving strength provided by fillers as well as granting excellent forming and usage stability and color stability.
