Title:
POLYCHLOROPRENE LATEX, RUBBER COMPOSITION AND DIP-MOLDED ARTICLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/137663
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are: a polychloroprene latex which is capable of providing stability at low temperatures without lowering rubber aggregability during when a dip-molded article is molded; a rubber composition; and a dip-molded article which is obtained using the polychloroprene latex or the rubber composition. A polychloroprene latex wherein a chloroprene copolymer, which is obtained by polymerizing starting material monomers that include at least chloroprene and 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene, is dispersed in water. The amount of 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene contained in the starting material monomers is set to 1-30% by mass, and 0.7-1.5 parts by mass of potassium ions are contained therein per 100 parts by mass of the solid content, while controlling sodium ions to 0.2 parts by mass or less. A rubber composition is obtained by blending 1-10 parts by mass of a metal oxide, 0.1-3 parts by mass of sulfur, 0.1-5 parts by mass of an anti-aging agent and 0.1-10 parts by mass of a surfactant into the polychloroprene latex per 100 parts by mass of the solid content.
