Abstract:
A polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon passive sampling device based on thin-film diffusion gradient technology and an application thereof. The passive sampling device comprises an adsorption film, and a preparation method for the adsorption film is as follows: first, modifying calcium-based bentonite with Tween 80, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and tetramethylammonium bromide; then, preparing a calcium DGT adsorption film by combining acrylamide, N-N' methylene bisacrylamide, ammonium persulfate and tetramethyl ethylenediamine; and finally, taking the acrylamide and a chitosan crosslinking agent as a diffusion film, taking a cellulose acetate film as a filter membrane to form a DGT passive sampling device, and using the passive sampling device to monitor polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon naphthalene in a water, soil and sediment-water interface. After sampling is completed, the adsorption film is eluted with a methanol/ethanol eluent, and then the concentration of naphthalene in the eluent is measured by using a liquid chromatograph. The passive sampling device can realize the monitoring of the dissolved polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon naphthalene of the water, soil and sediment-water interface, avoids a large amount of sample collection, and significantly reduces the detection cost.
