The present invention relates to a polyester-based film comprising: a polyester resin in which aromatic dicarboxylic acid and diol including 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol are polymerized; and a filler, and having a 10-point average roughness (Rz) of 0.5 μm to 5 μm, and a surface dynamic friction coefficient (Fd) of 0.5 or less, and to a method for manufacturing same. By comprising the filler, the polyester-based film can control the surface roughness and surface friction coefficient of the polyester-based film, thereby improving optical properties and mechanical properties, as well as processing properties such as winding and running performance of the film.
