Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a polyester film for use in a folding-type display, where no cracks occur in a folded section, in order to provide a folding-type display having excellent mass producibility and having no risk of distortions arising in an image displayed in a folded portion after having been bent repeatedly. [Solution] The present invention provides a polyester film for a bending-type display having a thickness of 10-125 μm and having a high-temperature hold angle of 70° or more in the bending direction. The high-temperature hold angle refers to the angle formed after a bending portion is fixed for 18 hours and heated at 85℃ so that a strain of 1.7% is applied to both surfaces. In addition, the bending direction refers to a direction orthogonal to the folded section.
