Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polyester molded body and a method for manufacturing same, the polyester molded body comprising a polyester obtained through polymerization in the presence of an inorganic tin compound catalyst. The polyester molded body comprising an inorganic tin compound, according to the present invention, can overcome problems caused by a residual antimony-based catalyst, and can be used as an eco-friendly container that does not affect taste and flavor and is non-toxic in the human body, when used as a food storage container, due to the reduced amounts of acetaldehyde and formaldehyde.
