Abstract:
A polyester nonwoven fabric for making automobiles lightweight with and having a bonding damping layer, the polyester nonwoven fabric sequentially comprisinges a compact layer (1), a semi-compact layer (2) and a fluffy layer (3), with the densities thereof successively decreasinge along the thickness direction of the a nonwoven fabric layer, and the surface of the compact layer (1) is being combined with a damping glue layer (4). A preparation method of for the polyester nonwoven fabric comprises the following steps: preparing athe nonwoven fabric of athe nonwoven fabric layer;, sprinkling a hot melt powder between the compact layer (1), the semi-compact layer (2) and the fluffy layer (3) of the nonwoven fabric;, firmly bonding the three-layer structure by means of a roll compacting process;, spraying a damping glue of the damping glue layer (4) on the compact layer;, and combining, on the surface of the damping glue, a release paper of a release paper protective layer (5) which is released during use. By means of the above-mentioned methodway, the new requirements regarding making of automobiles lightweight are is met, the comfort index of the automobile is improved, the riding space in the automobile is enlarged, and the noises in the automobile is are reduced; the damping glue on the polyester nonwoven fabric can reduce the low frequency noises generated due to vibration in the fast traveling process of the automobilewhen the automobile is moving quickly, which isthis being unique among the damping materials; improving the comfort level of people in the automobile is improved, reducing noise fatigue is reduced, and enabling more safer driving is enabled.
