Abstract:
A polyetherimide composite nanofiltration membrane and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) polyetherimide and an additive are dissolved in an organic solvent, stirred, and left to stand for defoaming, so as to make a casting solution, the casting solution is spread on a smooth surface of a non-woven fabric, placed in the air, and then soaked in deionized water, so as to obtain a first base film, the surface of the non-woven fabric spread with the casting solution is referred to as surface A; (2) the surface A of the first base film is immersed in an aqueous solution of m-phenylenediamine, removed and dried, then the surface A is immersed in 1,2,4,5-pyromellitic acid chloride in n-hexane solution, removed and dried, so as to obtain a second base film; (3) the surface A of the second base film is immersed in an aqueous solution of EDC HCl, and NHS is added to the aqueous EDC HCl solution, and then an aqueous ethylenediamine solution is added, left to stand for reaction, washed with deionized water, so as to obtain a polyetherimide composite nanofiltration membrane. The method has the advantages of low cost, low energy consumption and low environmental pollution; and the product has the advantages of a high retention rate, stable performance and a long service life.
