The present invention relates to a polyethylene terephthalate ultrafiltration membrane and a method for producing same and, more particularly, to a polyethylene terephthalate ultrafiltration membrane and a method for producing same, the polyethylene terephthalate ultrafiltration membrane itself exhibiting hydrophilicity, thereby having an excellent fouling resistance to hydrophobic organic substances, and having a pore structure with favorable water permeation, and having excellent mechanical strength and water permeability.
