Abstract:
A polygonal composite sheet matrix comprising a diamond comprises a hard alloy (1). A top surface of the hard alloy (1) is provided with multiple annular polygonal protrusions. A groove is arranged between every two annular polygonal protrusions. A recessed annular platform (3) is formed at a central portion of the top surface of the hard alloy. A first annular polygonal protrusion (4) is arranged at the periphery of the annular platform (3) and is taller than a surface of the annular platform (3). A composite annular platform (2) is arranged at an outer edge of the hard alloy (1). An upper surface of the composite annular platform (2) is lower than an upper surface of the annular platform (3). The structure provided of the invention increases a binding strength at a composite surface, such that sintering of a composite sheet comprising a polycrystalline diamond is more stable. The annular polygonal structure enhances directional cutting capability in an operation process, such that when the composite sheet matrix is used in a geological oil and gas drilling operation, operation efficiency is increased by 10%, and the service life of a cutter is extended.
