Abstract:
A polyhydroxyalkanoate composition containing an alcohol nucleating agent, a polyhydroxyalkanoate molded body and a preparation method therefor. The polyhydroxyalkanoate composition comprises polyhydroxyalkanoate and a nucleating agent, wherein the nucleating agent is an alcohol compound which comprises a fatty alcohol, especially one or more of fatty alcohols having 5-32 carbon atoms. The nucleating agent in the polyhydroxyalkanoate composition has a high nucleating efficiency, such that the defects of low crystallization speed, low processing efficiency, etc., of the polyhydroxyalkanoate during the process of preparing various molded bodies by means of thermoplastic processing can be overcome. In addition, the nucleating agent is available from a wide range of sources and the product price is relatively low, such that the cost of the raw material of various polyhydroxyalkanoate molded bodies is reduced; in addition, the nucleating agent is from a biological source, and thus does not influence the biological carbon proportion of a polyhydroxyalkanoate molded body, and the polyhydroxyalkanoate molded body can still reach 100% biological source. The obtained polyhydroxyalkanoate molded body has the advantage of high transparency.
