Abstract:
A polyimide film obtained by reacting a tetracarboxylic acid ingredient comprising 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride as the main component with a diamine ingredient comprising p-phenylenediamine as the main component is heat-treated at a temperature in the range of 460-550ºC and further subjected to a surface treatment in which water or an alkaline aqueous solution is sprayed over a surface of the film. Thus, the polyimide film can have improved bondability while retaining the excellent properties inherent in polyimide films.
