Abstract:
The present invention prepares a polyimide precursor composition by a method comprising the steps of: in an organic solvent with a positive value of partition coefficient LogP, conducting a first polymerization of a diamine comprising diaminodiphenyl sulfone (DDS) and amine-terminated methylphenyl siloxane oligomer, and a polymerization component comprising two or more types of tetracarboxylic acid dianhydrides; and adding an organic solvent with a negative value of LogP to a first polymerization solution, thereby conducting a second polymerization. The precursor composition prepared by the method according to the present invention can provide a polyimide film with a minimized liquid drying problem and an improved heat resistance.
