Abstract:
The present invention provides a polyimide resin composition which contains an alicyclic polyimide resin having a structural unit represented by general formula (1) and at least one type of inorganic particle selected from among titanium dioxide, barium titanate and zirconium oxide, and in which the glass transition temperature of the alicyclic polyimide resin is 260°C or higher. Also provided is a method for producing the polyimide resin composition.
(In the formula (1), R1 is a tetravalent alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 4-22 carbon atoms, and R2 is a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 2-28 carbon atoms and/or a divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6-27 carbon atoms.)
