A polyisocyanate composition obtained by reacting xylylene diisocyanate with a trimethylolalkane, wherein the content of the isocyanate derivative obtained by the reaction of three molecules of xylylene diisocyanate with one molecule of the trimethylolalkane is 45 mass% or smaller relative to the total amount of the polyisocyanate composition.
